Salon Policies at Pro Nails

At Pro Nails, we maintain a set of policies to ensure a superior experience for all our valued customers. Kindly take note of the following guidelines:

  1. Payment Methods:

    • We do not accept checks as a form of payment.

    • A minimum credit card charge of $10 is required.

  2. Child Safety:

    • For safety reasons, children are not encouraged in the salon.

    • We disclaim responsibility for any accidents involving children during your service.

  3. Lost or Stolen Items:

    • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

  4. Polish Breakage:

    • A charge of $7 will be applied for any broken polish.

  5. Service Satisfaction:

    • If you experience discomfort with our service, please return immediately.

    • We offer service redo in case of dissatisfaction; however, refunds are not provided.

  6. Service Guarantees:

    • GEL NO-CHIP, ACRYLIC, and DIPPING POWDER services are guaranteed for 10 days.

    • Any issues within this timeframe will result in a reapplication with the same color.

  7. Nail Technicians:

    • Our Nail Technicians operate as Independent Contractors.

  8. Closing Time and Late Arrival:

    • Last customers are accepted 45 minutes before closing time.

    • We reserve the right to serve the next customer if you arrive 10 minutes late.

  9. Medical Conditions:

    • If you have any medical conditions, please inform us or consult your doctor before receiving services.

  10. Cell Phone Courtesy:

    • We request that you set your cell phone to vibrate during services to respect others.

  11. Hygiene Practices:

    • Disposable plastic spa bag liners are utilized during pedicures for each customer.

  12. Right to Refuse Service:

    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Covid-19 Store Policy

We prioritize maintaining a healthy and safe environment for both our clients and employees. Please adhere to the following guidelines as part of our Covid-19 Store Policy:

  1. Sanitation Guidelines:

    • Kindly follow the sanitation guidelines recommended by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

  2. Health Considerations:

    • If you experience any symptoms of illness, please contact your physician before seeking services.

  3. Mask Requirement:

    • Everyone is required to wear a mask at all times—no mask, no service.

    • Masks cannot be removed, and no food or drinks are allowed during services.

  4. Temperature Check:

    • We may take your temperature before entering our Nail Salon.

  5. Hand Hygiene:

    • Upon entering, thoroughly wash your hands before sitting at the nail table or receiving any services.

  6. Limited Guests:

    • Extra guests not receiving services are not allowed in the nail salon.

    • No children are allowed to maintain safe distancing and minimize the risk of virus spread.

  7. Appointment Guidelines:

    • If you have an appointment, call 847-247-8889 upon arrival.

    • Wait in your car until we notify you that we are ready for you to enter the salon.

    • Late arrivals may result in appointment cancellation if others are on the waitlist.

  8. Walk-In Guests:

    • Walk-ins are welcome but may experience additional wait times.

    • Call 847-247-8889 to be on our waitlist; wait times and availability will be communicated.

    • Wait in your car until notified that we are ready for you to enter.

  9. Safety Assurance:

    • We are diligently adhering to CDC guidelines to stay open and serve customers during this challenging time.

    • Your patience and understanding are appreciated as we prioritize the health and safety of our customers and staff.
