Thank you for choosing Pro Nails & Spa. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies prior to your visit.
Payment Methods:
We accept cash and major credit cards. Please note that checks are not accepted, and a minimum charge of $10.00 applies to all credit card transactions.
Child Safety:
Out of concern for their safety, we kindly ask that children not accompany guests during services.
Pro Nails & Spa cannot be held responsible for accidents involving unsupervised children on the premises.
Lost or Stolen Items:
Pro Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep valuables secure during your visit.
Polish Breakage:
A $7.00 fee applies for broken polish bottles.
Service Satisfaction:
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with a service, please notify us immediately so we may address your concerns.
We are happy to offer a complimentary redo within a reasonable timeframe; however, monetary refunds are not available.
Service Guarantees:
Gel No-Chip, Acrylic, and Dipping Powder services are guaranteed for 10 days from the date of service.
Should any issues arise within this period, we will reapply the service using the same color at no additional charge.
Nail Technicians:
Please be aware that our nail technicians operate as licensed independent contractors.
Closing Time and Late Arrival:
We kindly ask that guests arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or wait for the next available technician.
Walk-in guests are welcome; however, last appointments are accepted no later than 45 minutes before closing.
Medical Conditions:
If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities, please inform your technician before your service begins.
When in doubt, we recommend consulting your physician prior to your appointment.
Cell Phone Courtesy:
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we ask that cell phones be set to silent or vibrate mode during services.
Sanitation Practices:
The health and safety of our guests is our top priority.
Single-use disposable liner bags are used for all pedicure basins to ensure a clean and hygienic experience for every guest.
Right to Refuse Service:
Pro Nails & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at the discretion of management.
